• Copy of original jpg files on disc (DVD ROM content) (same disc if space permits or plain second disk at no extra charge);

Things to remember:

• You need to identify three photos per themed disc that could be used as the basis for the disc theme (disc, cover and menu) Put flag or post it note on back of photo so the flag can be seen in its category; We may use one or combinations of all three photos for the cover, disc and case.
• Specify if you would like background music to your slideshow. If yes, we will use background relaxing music or you can provide music on CD or USB (mp3 or WMA format) Your CD/USB will be returned;
• If you provide digital images, they need to be grouped into category folders and files numbered sequentially so the computer will recognise the order.
• Putting each separate event on its own disc will cost $50 per disc as each one is individually themed regardless of the space on the disc;
• Extra copies of the same disc at $15 (includes printed disc, cover and case).

* the addition of music soundtracks requires an Australasian Mechanical Copyright Owners Society Ltd (AMCOS) and Australian Performing Rights Association Ltd (APRA) license, This additional $60.00 fee is valid for up to 5 discs.

• Fully customised DVD's;
• Custom multimdia requires consultation fees and design time. All charged at $45 per hour;
• Disc charge of $80 per original themed disc (including case, menu and AMCOS/ARIA music licence);
• Extra copies (up to a total of 5) of disc at $15 each (copies 6 and above are $22 each);
• Requires design contract and payment schedule.

Notes:

• You must own the copyright or have sufficient permission to use a video or part of a video for a DVD. (Home videos are OK)
